The instructions say to NOT sleep up on the “cheeks,” but this is the first pillow I’ve ever had that was thick enough (at the thickest for my XL) for me to not need 2 pillows! I wish there was just a little more space between the legs for me to get my shoulder up high enough. And to think - I bought this as a gag gift for someone. I just couldn’t resist, and I’m glad I kept it!
